The very funny part of this tutorial is that this things am about to reveal to you, you see it every day, but you are just ignorant about it.
Firstly, I think as an upcoming artist, you should be socially inclined. By having this following social accounts: FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, BBM, and WHATSAPP.
Now to build a better Fan Base, make sure you have similar or the same update on this entire social media links at equal times.

1. FACEBOOK: Post links of your new songs here, videos, graphics/artworks about yourself on your normal account and fan pages plus fans Group, also always imply them to share.

2. TWITTER: Make sure your twitter handle is similar to your stage name and also has something to do with the facebook fan page name also. E.g. if your stage name is WIZKID, your facebook fan page can be WIZKID OFFOCIAL & your twitter handle @Wizkid_Official, it helps your fans to locate you faster.

3. BBM/WHATSAPP: This are similar, just always send broadcasts by creating a broadcast list and updating your fans with interesting updates they will like you d more & tell their friends always about you.
